Iryna Kneller

Iryna is co-owner and creative mastermind at Window Wear Design.  Iryna has a diverse background in customer service and design.  Originally from Ukraine, Iryna attended cosmetology school in Zurich and worked as a stylist in Switzerland before relocating with her husband and children to the U.S.  Prior to WWD, Iryna worked in retail at Tory Burch.

Mike Kneller

Mike is co-owner at Window Wear Design.  With a background in finance and accounting, Mike oversees the back-office support and transactions to make the customer experience as seamless as possible.  Mike and Iryna have been year-round Naples residents since 2019.  Prior to Naples, Mike worked primarily in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries in the U.S., Germany, Switzerland, and Russia.

Dominick Bagnoli

Dominick’s natural design skills combined with his excellent time management abilities makes for a winning combination. He possesses a professional and positive attitude both at work and with our clients. Dominick helps make selections of product, shades, hardware, fabric and creating design. With excellent taste and a trained eye for color, he is an asset to the company. After hours Dominick can be seen flipping out as head coach for Top Gun Allstar cheerleading teams.

DESIGN/PROJECT COORDINATOR

Luz Pelissier

Luz is a dedicated and focused Administrative Assistant who excels at prioritizing and completing multiple tasks to achieve project goals.  She is bilingual in English and Spanish which is an asset in managing our workroom. She has many years of professional experience in the window treatment business, accounting and quickbooks.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Brittany Schmidt

Brittany is the Office Assistant and primary contact for scheduling and ordering at Window Wear Design. She excels in client relations and project management, which is vital in this industry. Prior to WWD, Brittany taught middle school science and did analyses in an environmental laboratory. Although new to the industry herself, Brittany’s family has been involved in decorative window treatments since 2006. After hours, she can be found spending quality time with her son or on the rugby pitch with Tampa Bay Women’s Krewe.

“I love my role at WWD!  I help bring projects to a close by ensuring the correct items are received and ready for installation.  Scheduling the installations allows me one last “touch” with the clients to ensure their projects are wrapped up to their highest satisfaction.”

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Adam Smith

Adam has worked with Window Wear Design from the beginning, and always provides clients with world class service throughout each measure and installation. His attention to detail and communication between Window Wear Design and each client are critical to the success of each job. Adam has the patience and calmness required to be successful.

Adam is reliable, a self-starter, and a team player. “I enjoy the challenge of each job that allows me to combine my engineering background and business acumen.”

LEAD INSTALLER

James Wattman

James has more than 35 years of experience in the industry, as he grew up in Chicago installing window treatments with his father. Their notable work includes the Art Institute of Chicago, Museum of Contemporary Art, and NBC Tower, where they installed 5,500 shades.  

James is an all-around nice guy. “I am passionate about my work and treat every home like it’s my own.  I respect our clients. They allow us into their homes and deserve the highest levels of excellence and professionalism”.
